St Vincent’s Place
Possibly our most challenging project with regards to planning; this project took over two years and ultimately a high court decision to obtain approval. Situated in one of Melbourne’s most prized heritage-listed streets, St Vincent Place, Albert Park, we faced opposition from heritage authorities, both local and state, when proposing a contemporary new house to replace the rundown 1930’s dwelling on the site.
The project was completed in 2010 and on-sold in 2015. We were engaged by the new owner to reconfigure and update interiors.
Completed 2018
