We were excited to see our #NolanHouse featured in the 'Good Living' section of The AGE on the weekend.Rosa discusses the intricacies of wardrobe design with Karen McCartney for this interview piece. This image depicts a bedhead-come-robe designed to satisfy the contemporary expectation of a dedicated bathroom and walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom.In the redesign of the heritage home, the original grand living room at the front of the house became redundant. Rather than dissect it we decided to leave it as a singular space and insert the custom furniture to act as bedhead and mask a robe area. To get natural light into the dressing area we extended a small bay window with a day bed to the left of the robe area which has views to the front garden.Follow link to read more:
